RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All merchandise, with the exception of custom and special orders, may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date the item is either picked up in-store, placed on layaway or delivered to the customer. Purchased new and estate items that are modified by a customer’s request, are returnable less the cost of the work performed. For items listed online, if there is a return period specified on an item’s product page, the return period described there will supersede our general 14-day return period.
In order to be returned, merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was when purchased, undamaged, in its complete original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Layaways, custom or special orders, gift certificates and final sale items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Good Old Gold reserves the right to reject a return and/or deny a refund request if these conditions are not met.

For customers that are not local to us, if you wish to make a return or exchange, providing the returned item meets the conditions detailed above, contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Packages that do not have an RA will be refused at the time of delivery.

SALES TAX

Good Old Gold is required to collect New York State sales tax for all orders shipped or picked up within in the state of New York. Customers outside of New York State are responsible for abiding by their local tax laws.

PRODUCT COLORS

Good Old Gold has made every effort possible to ensure merchandise colors are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true colors of an item.

SHIPPING

  • All items purchased from Good Old Gold will be shipped via UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Ground (under $5k) or USPO. (United States Postal Service)
  • All UPS packages are shipped with signature required and are fully insured while in transit. If you are not available at the time of delivery, UPS will not leave the package at your door and will reattempt delivery.
  • We can ship to a authorize UPS holding center to accommodate your schedule if requested. UPS will hold the package for up to five days after receiving and please note that photo ID is required for pickup.
  • If you are paying by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address unless other security steps are taken. If you are paying by bank wire, after the wire clears, we can ship your order anywhere you like.
  • There is a $20 additional fee if you would like us to ship for Saturday delivery.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O (Post Office) Box address. We can, however, ship to PO/APO/FPO address using the US postal service.
  • Due to the high value of our packages, we will not ship out orders until we confirm the shipping details and address with the customer.
